                        The Company:
This Events Supplier manages event, exhibition equipment and infrastructure for events right across Australia. With offices and warehouse locations, they are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Manager to join their Sydney warehouse team to oversee day-to-day operations.
Position Terms:  - Permanent Full-Time Role
- Working full-time in the warehouse, located in Western Sydney 
- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 plus super
The Role:
The Warehouse & Operations Manager is a member of the leadership team, focused on Warehouse Operations & Logistics. The Warehouse & Operations Manager will oversee, plan and manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure that all equipment is maintained, tracked, and delivered on time for events and shows.
Key Responsibilities include; 
 - Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including equipment storage, handling, and transportation.
- Manage inventory control and ensure all gear is accounted for, properly maintained, and available when needed.
- Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline processes.
- Oversee the coordination of logistics for all trucks.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff and technicians.
- Work closely with production managers and technicians to ensure seamless event execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance warehouse workflows.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience in a Warehouse, Logistics and/or Operations role within the event industry. Proven experience in managing teams from the entertainment industry is essential for this role. 
 - Knowledge of equipment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Experience in identifying opportunities and implementing procedures to enhance warehouse workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work from the warehouse 5 days a week, located in Western Sydney.
