The Company:

This brilliant Events Supplier delivers events, activations, trade shows, and field marketing programs across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. They work with global brands to bring their events to life on the ground, from booth installs at major trade shows to small-format activations and everything in between. They are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join the Melbourne team.

Position Terms:
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Working full time from the warehouse
  • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus super
The Role:

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible to run the day-to-day operation of the Supplier's warehouse in Melbourne. You will own inventory, receive and dispatch deliveries, produce branded merchandise in-house, and prepare gear for events across Melbourne and interstate. Although the role is anchored in warehouse operations, you will work closely with our events and operations teams and will be on-site at events for bump-ins and bump-outs.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • End-to-end warehouse operations: receiving deliveries, inventory management, stock control, and dispatch.
  • Producing branded merchandise and signage in-house (screen printing, vinyl, basic print production).
  • Preparing packing lists and packing trucks for events.
  • Driving the company van or truck to and from event venues across Melbourne, with occasional interstate travel.
  • Setting up and packing down events (bump-ins and bump-outs).
  • Coordinating with the operations team, the Head of Operations, Senior Field Marketing Manager and external contractors.
  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for customers, couriers, and suppliers at the warehouse.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse.
  • Maintaining furniture such as touch up paint on tables & TV stands.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the events industry. Strong logistics and operations skills are essential for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
  • Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying loads of up to 22kg, loading and unloading trucks, and remaining on your feet for extended periods.
  • Autonomous, able to plan and manage your own day without close supervision.
  • Polished and friendly when dealing with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when producing branded merchandise.
  • Practical, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and takes ownership of the space.
  • Current Australian driver's licence (a truck or van class is an advantage)
  • Ability to work from the warehouse 5 days a week.
