The Company:

This leading production company delivers cutting-edge technical solutions for conferences, exhibitions, live events and major corporate productions. They are looking for an experienced Vision Technician to join their Adelaide operations team.

Position Terms:

• Permanent, full-time role
• Salary: $80k-$100k plus super

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Vision Technician will be responsible for delivering professional video and presentation solutions across a broad range of live events. You'll ensure seamless operation of vision systems while providing outstanding technical support and client service.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Install and operate projection, LED wall and video display systems
• Operate vision switchers and presentation systems during live events
• Configure presentation playback and content management systems
• Troubleshoot video and display issues under pressure
• Read technical plans and production documentation
• Assist with warehouse preparation and equipment testing
• Lead installation crews where required
• Liaise professionally with clients and project managers
• Ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience working as an Audio, Lighting, Vision and/or AV Technician within the events industry. Experience with LED walls, projection and vision switching equipment is essential for this role.

• Strong understanding of signal flow and video distribution
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card
• Forklift, EWP or MR/HR Licence advantageous
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required
• Ability to travel for event delivery when required
