This fantastic events agency are leaders in organising world-class events for a variety of high-profile clients. They specialise in delivering in-person and virtual events, meetings and conferences across Australia. They are looking for an Sponsorship Fulfilment Manager to join their team.

- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus super
The Role:
The role of the Sponsorship Fulfilment Manager is to manage the delivery of entitlements to sponsors and exhibitors who have signed up to support the conferences and events delivered by the Agency.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Manage the delivery of all sponsorship and exhibition entitlements as per contract agreements.
- Manage timelines, assets, and documentation related to sponsorships to ensure obligations are met on time and to standard.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive partnership experience.
- Collaborate with internal event management teams to align sponsor fulfilment with broader event planning.
- Coordinate logistics related to sponsor signage, booths, and activation spaces.
- Review and interpret sponsorship and exhibitor agreements to understand deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of deliverables, deadlines, and correspondence.
- Oversee sponsor and exhibitor experiences onsite during events, ensuring entitlements are executed smoothly.
- Ensure all branding, signage, and deliverables are implemented effectively onsite.
- Manage sponsor and exhibitor data, logistics, and communications using EventsAIR.
- Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date databases for sponsors and exhibitors.
- Prepare briefing documents, fulfilment summaries, and post-event reports.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and sponsors regarding fulfilment progress and requirements.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of association conferences and experience in the creation and management of conferences within a PCO agency or an association. Experience working within an events agency, PCO or association is essential for this role, ideally within a sponsorship fulfilment role.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish rapport with people at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Understands the fulfilment process associated with sponsorship and exhibition contracts.
- Great organisational, time management and administration skills.
- Are self-motivated and able to demonstrate a high level of individual initiative, attention to detail and prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Have experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Have experience using EventsAir or similar softwares.
- Are able to work both in a team and autonomously as required.
- Ability to work from the office 3 days a week.
- Ability to travel interstate for event delivery when required.
