They are looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager to join their team in Melbourne.

Position Terms:
  • Permanent, Full-Time Role
  • Working 4 days a week in the office
  • Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super
The Role:

The Senior Ticketing Manager reports to the Head of Ticketing, and can have up 3 direct reports depending on the time of year. This role plays a critical leadership function within the ticketing structure, translating ticketing strategy into high‑quality execution across planning, on‑sale, live delivery, analysis, forecasting and post‑event reporting.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Accountable for the consistent delivery of ticketing programs across planning, on‑sale, live delivery and post‑event reporting
  • Lead ticket builds, on‑sale readiness and change control
  • Implement pricing structures, fees, allocations and ticketing mechanics in line with agreed strategy
  • Manage delivery timelines across concurrent campaigns and delivery cycles
  • Lead execution of pre-sales and general on‑sales
  • Monitor sales performance, demand signals and inventory health
  • Oversee onsite ticketing delivery where required, including: Box office and access control setup; Comp, industry and accreditation‑linked ticketing processes; Attendance, scanning and reporting
  • Ensure ticketing requirements are embedded into operational plans and run sheets
  • Provide clear direction, prioritisation and delivery standards to ticketing team members
  • Coach team members to build capability and confidence
  • Maintain strong working relationships with promoters, venues, ticketing agents and vendors
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Comms, Partnerships and Accreditation teams
  • Oversee sales reporting, forecasting and post‑event analysis
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a ticketing and/or live event delivery role, ideally with strong leadership skills. Proven experience delivering high-volume, complex ticketing programs is highly desirable for this role.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing systems, access control and onsite operations
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and delivery timelines
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Clear, confident communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and accountability in live environments
  • Ability to travel for event delivery when required
  • Ability to work in the office 4 days a week, located in Prahran
