A fast growing boutique events agency is looking for an experienced Senior Event Producer to join their team. The agency delivers premium conferences, incentive programs, roadshows and brand activations across Australia and the wider APAC region, working with an impressive portfolio of global brands.

The Role:

The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for leading and delivering major client programs and flagship events across a diverse portfolio. This is a hands on senior delivery role with responsibility for event planning, production, creative, logistics, senior client relationships, budgets and onsite delivery.
You will own your events from end to end while also supporting and developing Project Coordinators working across assigned programs.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the end to end delivery of flagship, multi day and complex events.
  • Manage conferences, incentive programs, roadshows and brand activations.
  • Own event planning, production, creative, logistics and onsite delivery.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and to a premium standard.
  • Act as the primary senior delivery contact for allocated clients.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead client WIP meetings and provide clear and structured updates.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or issues early.
  • Own and manage event budgets across assigned programs.
  • Maintain strong cost control, forecasting accuracy and financial discipline.
  • Identify budget, scope and resourcing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee production elements including staging, AV, branding, signage and theming.
  • Work closely with designers to develop event concepts and creative assets.
  • Manage artwork through approval, specification and production.
  • Manage sponsor and exhibitor requirements where applicable.
  • Lead onsite delivery including rehearsals, speaker management and event flow.
  • Troubleshoot challenges onsite and provide practical solutions.
  • Support and coach Project Coordinators working across assigned programs.
  • Provide hands on guidance and real time feedback to junior team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider agency team to ensure seamless event delivery.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience producing corporate events and complex programs and will be confident taking complete ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. You will have strong client management skills, excellent commercial awareness and a detailed understanding of event production and onsite delivery. Ideally you will come from an events agency, experiential agency, conference agency or similar environment where you have managed multiple large scale events simultaneously.

The successful candidate will also have:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Event Producer, Producer or Senior Event Project Manager.
  • Strong experience managing corporate events from initial planning through to onsite delivery.
  • Experience across conferences, incentives, roadshows, brand activations or similar events.
  • Strong senior client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence leading client meetings and managing complex client expectations.
  • Strong production knowledge across AV, staging, branding, signage and theming.
  • Experience working closely with creative and design teams.
  • Strong event budget management and commercial skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers, venues and production partners.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple complex events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium event delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Confidence leading onsite event delivery and event teams.
  • Experience coaching or developing junior event professionals.
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions focused approach.
