The Company:

This exceptional full-service Events Agency are the leaders in providing creative solutions and delivery on end-to-end experiences domestically and internationally. They have a diverse range of clients from medical to fashion and everything in between. They are looking for an experienced Senior Event Producer to join their growing team.

Position Terms:
  • Full-Time Permanent Role
  • Working 3 days in office, 2 from home, located in North Sydney
  • Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 plus super
The Role:

The Senior Producer reports to the General Manager and is a key member of the production team. The Senior Producer plans and delivers events and experiences for clients and their stakeholders on a wide range of corporate events, including conferences, incentive events, gala dinners, award nights, and activations.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Attend internal and customer briefings and/or lead creative ideation sessions regarding specific projects
  • Research and development of concepts, ideas, speakers, entertainment, styling, independently as well as in conjunction with the Creative Director
  • Preparation of production proposals including preparation of presentation materials required for a client pitch
  • Development and management of production budgets, ensuring expected financial targets are maintained
  • Work with the operations team in scouting suitable venues and attending site visits
  • Preparation and updates of documents for client approval – eg design proofing
  • Liaise with and coordinate third party resources/vendors as required. Vendors include audio visual, talent and entertainment, venues, exhibition suppliers, creative specialists, designers
  • Collect and collate content for on-site playback and presentations
  • Work alongside the Digital Media team or external content developers to create and develop additional content as required
  • Create schedules and relevant documentation for onsite production including production schedules, show runs, briefing documents, floor plans.
  • Preparation of risk assessments
  • Attend and report at client WIP meetings
  • Record and log time spent on projects via timesheets
  • Complete project reconciliations
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Attend event locations (domestically and internationally as required)
  • Manage onsite production deliverables and vendors including setup, pack-down, content and show elements.
  • Provide show direction including presenter and talent management
  • Show calling
  • Assist other team members (e.g operations team) with onsite deliverables at times when there is no production requirements.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have strong event production experience within an agency environment delivering corporate events. Extensive experience in show calling is essential for this role. 
  • A background in show direction and show calling is essential
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
  • Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite incl Photoshop (preferred)
  • Experience with Canva (preferred)
  • Ability to work from the office 3 days a week in North Sydney
  • Ability to travel for events when required, both domestically and internationally
