                        The Company:This brilliant Events Agency delivers extraordinary experiences for their clients. Managing everything from event conception to production & on-site execution, they are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their small, but mighty team. Managing both corporate and private events for a range of clients, they provide provide tailored and exceptional experiences for all delegates and attendees.
Position Terms:  - Full-Time Permanent Role
- Working remotely from Sydney, but must be able to travel for event delivery
- Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus super
The Role:
As part of a small team, the Senior Event Manager have full end-to-end responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse range of corporate and private events for a range of clients. This will include managing client relationships, developing event concepts, budgeting, supplier and venue negotiations, and ensuring seamless on-the-day execution. The Senior Event Manager will also handle the practical aspects that keep events running smoothly from drafting run sheets and managing the delegate registration process to coordinating bump-in/bump-out logistics and ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision.
Key Responsibilities include; 
 - Event Budgets: Managing and maintaining event budgets
- Timelines: Creating, managing, and meeting timelines across project plans
- Master Decks: Maintaining master event decks (PPT or Google Slides)
- Operations: Creation of internal and external operational documentation, including Event Run Sheets/Event Briefs and Schedules
- Meeting Management: Developing WIP meeting agendas, running WIP meetings and meeting minutes 
- Supplier management: Including and not limited to venues, AV, entertainment, speakers, styling, Merchandise sourcing / management, registration suppliers etc
- Communications: Leading the build of event websites, event apps and registration forms (External supplier to build/produce, the Senior Event Manager to project manage)
- Signage & Design: Managing and coordinating various graphics files, includes briefing external graphic designers and printers (this includes briefing in graphic designs and signage teams)
- Digital: Managing and coordinating various video/photo files between various agencies, client stakeholders, editors etc
- Sponsorship management: Managing sponsor timelines and deliverables
- Onsite Execution: Management of events onsite with various client stakeholders, suppliers, and guests
- Event Pitches: Conceptualising and creating pitch presentations in response to a client brief
- Event Styling
- Staffing: Management of event team staffing (external or freelancers)
- Travel management: including group flights, hotel accommodation and
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as an Event Manager within an Events Agency environment. Experience working remotely is desirable. The candidate will be confident with managing clients and negotiating with suppliers, but also just as comfortable jumping into the nitty-gritty detail and administration required to deliver an exceptional event.
