The Company:

This purpose-driven events agency uses its extensive experience and strategic expertise to bring clients' objectives to life. Offering a full range of event management services, the Agency supports the planning and execution of conferences, incentives, and other memorable experiences. They are looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to join their small but mighty team.

The Role:

The Senior Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of corporate events and conference across APAC. Working closely with the Event Manager, the SEM is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client events.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Coordinate event logistics.
  • Manage event registration and communication with attendees & delegates.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, AV providers, and other suppliers.
  • Monitor event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Australia, plus suppliers and venue partners, ensuring all events are delivered seamlessly with shared success.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, including managing staff, suppliers, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
  • Prepare event documentation including timelines, briefs, and post-event reports.
  • Ensure all events adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience working within an Events Agency with strong event management skills. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential for this role. Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills are highly desirable.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering corporate events and conferences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small organisation with many stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) and EventsAIR is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Customer-centric approach to how you approach tasks and how you communicate.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Sound time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple events with ease, grace, and a sense of humour.
  • Ability to work outside of hours for events when required.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for events when required.
