The Company:
This fabulous event supplier is the Australian leader in supplying installations, exhibits and designs in their industry. They've been serving their clients for over 100 years, and are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join their team. This company creates stunning installations and show-stopping event designs.
Position Terms:
- Full-Time Permanent Role working 5 days in the office located in the Inner Suburbs
- Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 plus super
- Weekend and outside of hours work will be required for events when needed
The Role:
The Project Manager role will be responsible for managing bespoke creative projects from the first design meeting through to installation and bump-out. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, often on long lead times.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Oversee the creative production process, from brief intake to production, manufacture, and final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide strategic direction and drive project success.
- Innovate and optimise processes to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Onboard new artists, agencies, and freelancers while managing vendor and agency relationships.
- Lead budget planning, timeline management, and forecast planning from project initiation to completion.
- Apply design-thinking principles across all project phases.
- Conduct risk management scoping to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Manage the production of deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specifications.
- Maintain consistent process adherence, utilising master project management schedules to keep all teams informed.
- Collaborate closely with the Installation & Dismantle (I&D) Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the events/exhibition/entertainment space with good exposure to production, technical, infrastructure, lighting and installation work. The candidates strong interpersonal and organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Have an unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work from the office 5 days a week in the Inner Suburbs
