The Company:

This fabulous event supplier is the Australian leader in supplying installations, exhibits and designs in their industry. They've been serving their clients for many years, and are looking for an enthusiastic Events Project Coordinator to join their team. This company creates stunning installations and show-stopping event designs.

Position Terms:
  • Full-Time Permanent Role working 5 days in the office located in the Inner-West Suburbs of Sydney
  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 plus super
  • Weekend and outside of hours work for events when required
The Role:

The Events Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project team with bespoke-build projects from the first design meeting through to installation and bump-out. The Events Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting on multiple projects concurrently, often on long lead times.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Support the NSW Project Management team
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with production team for timely quoting
  • Prepare site-specific & WHS documents
  • Participate in site visits and inspections
  • Plan and coordinate machinery requirements for installations
  • Assist with dispatch checking
  • Attend installations and dismantles as the Project Ops representative
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in event or exhibition management, and will ideally have experience with hands-on event installation experience. 
  • Highly organised, ability to multi task with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & time management skills
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Have creative flair and design awareness
  • Have an unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work from the office 5 days a week in the Inner Suburbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours between October and January, including night-work
