They are passionate about shaping the future of Australia's entertainment industry, and are dedicated to producing and delivering world-class events and entertainment across the country. They are looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager to join their team in Melbourne.

Position Terms:
  • Permanent, Full-Time Role
  • Working 4 days a week in the office
The Role:

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partnerships within their portfolio (commercial account management) and by seeking and commercialising new partnership opportunities. The role will play a key role in identifying potential partners, drafting, and executing partnership agreements, and nurturing relationships to support operations and enhance the overall experience of events and festivals.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Contribute to strategies that will drive growth and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and refine package offerings to ensure revenue generation and delivery of value to partners.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance for your portfolio and track revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and renewals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Gather insights and feedback from stakeholders to inform partnership strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to capture performance, revenue, return on investment, and commercial trends.
  • With the Head of Partnerships, undertake negotiation of agreements and contracts for partnerships.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the events and entertainment industry in a senior sales role, ideally partnerships, sponsorships, and/or account management. Proven success in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional account management for partners is essential for this role.
