The Company: Our client is a global luxury brand with a high-performing culture, known for their engineering excellence and iconic product designs. This brand sets benchmarks in technical innovation and aesthetics and is looking for an Experience and Events Specialist to join their events team.
Position Terms: - Full-Time Permanent Role
- Minimum 3 days working in the office
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super
The Role: The Experience and Events Specialist will report to the Senior Events and Experience Manager and will be responsible for delivering customer experiences across multiple divisions of the organisation. The Brand runs multiple different programs and events each year, and this role will be responsible for coordinating those programs and events to achieve results for the business.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Support planning and execution of all programs
- Develop and maintain annual expeirence calendar to meet participation and profitability targets
- Oversee onsite execution of programs including contractors and suppliers as well as handling logistics
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure program quality and consistency
- Manage all the requirements of the programs and initiatives
- Lead customer service processes for programs including pre event communications, briefing delivery and follow up engagement
- Oversee all the registration and booking processs
- Deliver premium customer and prospect events that the brand has on it's annual calendar
- Manage event operations including liaising with agencies, activation of our brand at events and managing internal customer assets
- Source, evaluate and secure locations for events and activations, including council approvals and safety documentation
- Coordinate merchandise, gifts and event materials including stock control, ordering and onsite logistics
- Produce post event reporting including attendee insights, media coverage (where relevant), budget summaries and areas for improvement
- Attend all events including weekends and afterhours when required
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Event Manager with experience working on brand events, experiences and programs. Experience working with or for luxury brands is highly desired. Exceptional customer service skills is essential for this role.
- Experience working as an Event Manager and working on brand experiences as well as programs and events for internal teams
- Excellent budget management
- Ability to manage end to end events and programs
- Familiarity with marketing communication tools is highly desired
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and results driven with experience managing complex projects
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and maintain high workload under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time manage effectively
- Creative problem solving capabilities and encourages innovation
- Ability to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week
