The Company: This brilliant Event Supplier is a boutique event technology company providing operational and technical support for their clients' events, whether they are in-person, hybrid or virtual. They are known for their high level of customer service, intimate knowledge of events technology and operational expertise in using technology to deliver events. They are looking for an Event Manager to join their growing team.
Position Terms: - Full-time permanent role, working full-time in the office
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus super depending on experience
- Occasional domestic travel for events required (1-3 times a month)
The Role: The Event Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for delivering operational services for onsite, hybrid and virtual events for clients. The Event Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning of 7-8 events simultaneously, providing exceptional services and technical know-how to clients.
Key Responsibilities include;
- End-to-end delivery of contracted event services, including creating event timelines, event documentation and run sheets.
- Configuration and ongoing management of all technical elements relevant to the project.
- Ongoing client liaison via project meetings.
- Pre-event equipment configuration for onsite events.
- Management of operational resources for event delivery including equipment logistics, bump in/bump out and team roles.
- Sponsor and exhibitor management.
- Ensure all media for virtual event programs are linked correctly.
- Attending events and acting as main escalation point for all contracted services.
- In depth post event analysis including client debrief.
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have exceptional client management and technology skills. Experience working within an events supplier is ideal but not required, but experience working in a client facing events role is essential. Ability to travel regularly to deliver events is required.

- Ability to work from the office 5 days a week, located in the inner-west suburbs.
- Ability to travel 1-3 times a month for event delivery.
