The Company:

This boutique Exhibition Agency has a proven track record of running large-scale exhibitions in Australia and are looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The agency is small but they produce major exhibitions that really have a more creative feel and they specialise in the space they work in. 

Position Terms:

• Full-Time, Permanent Role
• Working full-time in the office
• Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 plus super

The Role:

The Event Coordinator is responsible for helping to deliver events across Australia, ensuring all things run smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Event Managers and other team members as needed, the Event Coordinator provides essential admin support, liaises with exhibitors, and helps keep multiple projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Providing administrative support.
• Liaising with exhibitors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Assisting in the coordination of event logistics and general operations.
• Using project management tools to manage a large number of stakeholders.
• Pitching in across the team as needed.
• Working at the events, including occasional weekends.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for events, ideally for large-scale events and exhibitions. Strong administration and communication skills are essential for this role.

• A clear communicator – both written and verbal.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• A strong team player and natural problem solver.
• Familiar with project management tools.
• Experience working within the events industry.
• Ability to travel interstate for events when required.
• Ability to work from the office 5 days a week.
