The Company:
This wonderful Exhibition Agency has been in the industry for many years and creates and build brilliant exhibitions for the industries it works in. They specialise in exhibitions with a conference component and launch these events all across Australia. They are looking for an Events Coordinator to join their team.
Position Terms: - Immediately Available Full-Time Role
- Hybrid, working 3 days in office and 2 from home
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus super
The Role:
The Event Coordinator role reports into the General Manager and is part of a small team of under 10 and will work across all the exhibition events the agency organises.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Act as the primary after sale point of contact for exhibitors and event stakeholders.
- Manage all inbound calls and event related email inboxes.
- Prepare and distribute all exhibitor correspondence and event information.
- Coordinate reistration and attendee management, including communications.
- Collect, compile, and maintain exhibitor information for event delivery.
- Manage the EventsAIR platform, including setup, communications, registration tracking and post event follow up.
- Maintain proficiency in EventsAIR and other required software platforms.
- Work closely with the Operations team to support planning and event delivery.
- Provide on site event support as required, including some evenings and weekends.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the events team and business objectives.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience working as an Events Assistant or Event Coordinator with experience working on exhibitions. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential for this role. Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills are also essential. EventsAIR experience will be considered ideal for this role.

- Ability to work in the office 3 days a week.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours for events when required and ability to travel a few times a year for events in other states.
