The Company:

A sensational conference, summit and B2B events agency based in North Sydney are looking for a Conference Producer to join their team to support the delivery of one, with potential for two, large-scale B2B conference programs. The company puts together brilliant conferences, summits and events and have a great core team who's portfolio is growing at this time. 

The Role:

The Conference Producer will support the delivery of one, possibly two, large-scale B2B conference programs. The role will involve independently researching, developing and managing speaker programs for executive-level summits and conferences across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Researching and developing conference agendas and content themes.
• Identifying relevant market trends and commercial topics.
• Securing senior-level speakers and managing speaker communication.
• Creating high-quality briefs and program documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Managing production timelines and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Supporting the overall delivery and quality of the event program.

The Candidate:

This opportunity would suit an established producer with proven experience creating and executing high-quality conference agendas across senior executive audiences and multiple industries.

The company are looking for someone who can quickly understand market trends, identify compelling content themes, engage senior-level speakers and manage timelines confidently and autonomously.

• Proven experience producing B2B conferences, summits or executive events
• Strong ability to independently research and build commercially relevant programs
• Confident engaging with senior executives and industry leaders
• Highly organised with strong project and timeline management skills
• Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to work autonomously and deliver outcomes to deadline
• Experience across technology, cyber security, HR or leadership sectors advantageous
