The Company:An award winning strategic and creative experiential agency based in Sydney are looking for a Client Services Director to join their team. This agency loves to connect brands and audiences through the creation of powerful live and digital experiences that inspire emotion and influence behaviour.
Position Terms:
- Permanent, Full Time
- 4 days per week from the office in the Inner Suburbs of Sydney
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus super plus bonus
The Role:The Client Services Director role reports into the General Manager and is seen as a lead on managing clients and their accounts within the business. This is a senior level role within the agency and works with a great team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the client services and business development pipeline in the agency
- Support the General Manager to manage and grow commerical opportunities with existing clients to maximise revenue growth
- Lead and be accountable for the new business sales processes for select clients
- Prepare new client and project proposals, deliver live presentations and win pitches
- Build and engage targeted new clients to maximise revenue growth
- Contribute to client development plans for key client relationships
- Conduct outreach, client introductions and business development meetings
- Contribute to best practice in client servicing and to run regular sessions with the team to share knowledge and experiences
- Undertake regular reporting and resource planning with management
- Obtain client feedback and drive increase in client satisfaction and engagement
- Manage the digital media and social media content requirements and campaigns within the company and with our appointed agencies
- Drive client services excellence and a culture of exceeding client expectations
- Contribute to the corporate strategy and revenue growth of the company
The Candidate:
The ideal background would be someone with great Accounts Director or Client Services skills and has worked within an Events Agency. Someone that understand the process of client relationship management and driving the business forward.
- Client relationship management or Accounts Management experience
- Senior level conference and events agency experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
- Clear budgeting and costing experience
- Sound judgment and decision making
- Highly advanced computer skills
