The Company:

This boutique events agency which prides itself on its talented staff and show-stopping events & activations are looking for a new Associate Producer to join their team. The agency works on a range of events, promotions, exhibitions and activations for a diverse range of clients.

Position Terms:
  • Permanent Full-Time Role
  • Working 1-2 days a week from the office near Penrith
  • Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 plus super
The Role:

Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Associate Producer will support the delivery of a range of client projects while managing smaller events and activations from concept through to execution. Working closely with the Senior Producers, you'll assist in producing larger-scale events while taking ownership of project logistics, supplier coordination and on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • ssist in the end-to-end management of events, exhibitions and activations.
  • Independently manage smaller client projects while supporting Senior Producers on larger campaigns.
  • Coordinate event logistics, timelines and project deliverables.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and financial administration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Source, negotiate and coordinate suppliers and event services.
  • Assist with the coordination of event builds, exhibitions and installations.
  • Prepare event documentation including production schedules, run sheets and client reports.
  • Support the Accounts Team with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
  • Assist the Creative Director with event styling and visual merchandising, including placement of props, furniture and lighting elements.
  • Coordinate permit applications and event approvals where required.
  • Deliver events on-site, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client service.
  • Brief and supervise promotional staff and casual event crew.
  • Assist with warehouse organisation and event asset management.
  • Support digital and social media campaign delivery when required.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience working as an Event Coordinator, Associate Producer or Event Manager within an Events Agency. Ability to effectively liaise with and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders is essential for this role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent budget management and financial skills.
  • Experience delivering events on-site and managing staff on the ground.
  • Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – or prepared to get one.
  • Current Australian Driver’s license.
  • Ability to work from the office near Penrith 1-2 days a week.
  • Ability to travel for events when required.
