This fabulous event design and hire company delivers unforgettable experiences for their clients. From high-profile sporting events and brand activations to luxury dining and weddings, to exhibitions, this fantastic events supplier is looking for an Account Manager to join their venue team.

  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super (depending on experience)
The Role:

The Account Manager is a highly client-facing, relationship-driven role responsible for managing venue partnerships and the clients who come through them. This role is the primary point of contact for venue partners and their referred clients (attending site meetings, supporting product selection and styling decisions, presenting product mock-ups and translating client visions into packages). This is not a new-business hunting role. It is a deep account management role where success is measured by the strength of venue relationships, the quality of client experience delivered, and the volume of repeat and referred bookings that result.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key venue partners. Building deep, trusted relationships with venue coordinators, event managers and sales teams.
  • Conduct regular venue visits and site meetings to maintain strong relationships, stay across upcoming events and ensure venues are actively recommending the Supplier to their clients.
  • Coordinate and present product mock-ups and styled vignettes for clients and venue partners.
  • Manage the client journey from initial venue referral through to confirmed booking.
  • Provide styling guidance and product recommendations tailored to each event.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the Supplier's brand, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression and encourages repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure venue-referred enquiries are responded to promptly and converted into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, consultations, proposals and bookings within the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing venue relationships through showcase events, familiarisations and on-site activations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure client briefs are accurately communicated and that product selections, logistics and delivery requirements are clearly understood ahead of each event.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client consultation process, proposal templates and venue engagement materials.
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience in events, hospitality, venue coordination, account management or a client-facing role within a related industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with clients, understand their vision and guide them through the product selection and styling process is essential for this role.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships, site meetings and consultations simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
  • An eye for styling and product presentation. Able to advise clients on aesthetic choices with confidence and present the range in a compelling, aspirational way.
  • Passionate about events, design and creating exceptional client experiences.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with sales, operations and management to maximise partnership outcomes.
  • Ability to work from the office 5 days a week, based near Pagewood.
