The Company:
This team are a great events supplier in the industry and they are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This company creates stunning installations and show-stopping event designs.
Position Terms: - Full-Time, Permanent Role
- Working full-time in the office
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus super
The Role:
The Account Manager will report to the State Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for being the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered to the clients satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Acting as the main client interface
- Scoping client’s properties & gathering technical information
- Briefing team on the scope of works
- Overseeing concept development with the design team
- Assembling proposals & project documents
- Conducting client presentations
- Assisting Project Manager to organise client infrastructure & site preparation
- Attending project installation, conducting audits on dismantling and assisting Project Manager (on-site where required)
- Updating clients on project progress and dealing with any problems swiftly
- Possessing supreme knowledge of the company's product range and services
- Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
- Achieving sales targets
- Managing client records
- The production of weekly reports & schedules
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will be seeking long-term employment with an industry leader where they can use their background in Relationship/Account Management in the display/event/retail/entertainment/exhibition industry.
- Excellent communicator with good presentation and sales skills
- Highly organised with excellent planning & administration skills
- Creative flair, design awareness, decorative ability
- Quick learner and thorough
- Looking for long-term employment
- Flexible with regard to work hours during the install & dismantle season (October – January)
- The ability to operate highly autonomously when required, but also function as a team player
- Sound level of IT literacy
- Ability to work 4-5 days in the office,
