The Company:

A creative activations and experience agency based in Melbourne that has a team of 80 staff across their offices in Melbourne and Sydney, are looking for a Senior Producer to manage a team in Melbourne. This agency is an award winning brand activation powerhouse and they are specialists in understanding the relationship between brand building and brand activation. 

The Role:

The Senior Producer will manage a team of 2 junior Producers and be responsible for a portfolio of clients and brands. The role will manage clients in the Sport, FMCG, Lifestyle, Retail, Tech and Alcohol brands. 

Key responsibilities will include;
  • Overseeing the creative strategy, brand strategy and activation delivery 
  • Managing a team of 2 Junior Producers and responsiblity for their KPIs and mentoring and growth
  • Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning  
  • Delivery of all the activation and campaign logistics and managing of the project
  • Client relationship management and communications 
  • Budget management and reporting 
  • Producing critical paths, timelines, run sheets, contracts 
  • Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts
  • Management of all production elements for the project
The Candidate: 

With experience managing activations, campaigns and major brand strategic projects, you will have worked in a leading agency and have had experience managing and mentoring a team. 
  • Experience as a Senior Events Producer with experience managing brand activations 
  • Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
  • Experience working in production and understanding of build requirements 
  • Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
  • Must love activation brands and creating exceptional experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
  • Be proactive and able to make decisions
  • Sound budget management experience 
  • Sound judgement and decision making
