The Company:

A network and strategic B2B conference agency based in Sydney are looking for a new Senior Conference Producer to join their team. The company have a global reach and create events that advance leadership teams right across the globe. With a team of professionals they have a fast production cycle and pride themselves on creating communities through events, podcasts and roundtables. 

The Role:

The Senior Conference producer is responsible for production cycle of an event. The portfolio of events currently contains hybrid, virtual, podcasts, roundtables, exhibitions, conferences and industry research papers centred on various functions within government and corporate business sectors.  

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Identifying market gaps and and targets for untapped industries
  • Implementing the agencies vision's and differentiating points into your research, content and programs
  • Researching, Identifying and Securing high level executives as speakers across multiple events
  • Being part of the ideas team, active and vocal during event production and event strategy meetings
  • A-Z project management throughout the production cycle of an event
  • Mapping out the agenda based market direction
  • Identifying solution providers, technologies, market gaps, inhibitors
  • Securing the speakers
  • Speaker management
  • Content management and monitoring across all event mediums, e.g. event website, twitter, event brochure, agenda
  • Offer full assistance onsite at the event and full collaboration with your team, delegate, sponsorship, marketing and operations across the event cycles and during the full term of your employment
The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is someone with experience in B2B corporate events in Conference Producer who is a team player with strong customer relationship skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Self motivated and hungry to achieve
  • Efficient and have excellent time management skills
  • Accustomed to working to tight deadlines
