The Company:


This wonderful agency based in Melbourne thrive on working on creating integrated brand experience campaigns for clients. They have a sensational client base and a great team. They are looking for a new Producer to join their team and manage some Production Coordinators. 

The Role:

The Event Producer role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the corporate space and handling all their campaigns and activations. There is currently 1 Production Coordinator that this role will manage. The portfolio of clients is split across the team and this role will work with select clients to ensure their campaigns and requirements are met. 
 
Key responsibilities will include;
  • Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning and then delivery of integrated campaigns and activations 
  • Managing one Production Coordinator
  • Delivery of all campaigns and activation requirements to met client needs
  • Client relationship management and communications 
  • Budget management and reporting 
  • Producing critical paths, timelines, run sheets, contracts 
  • Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts
  • Manage on site staff and suppliers
The Candidate: 

The perfect candidate for this role will have been working as a Producer within another events agency and have had experience working on integrated campaigns and activations. With a great understanding of how to create meaningful and lasting impact campaigns, you will thrive on getting the best experience for your client.  
  • Experience as an Events Producer or Associate Producer working on integrated branding campaigns
  • Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
  • Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
  • Be proactive and able to make decisions
  • Sound budget management experience 
  • Sound judgement and decision making
