They specialise in exceeding the highest standard of expectation for end-to-end event management by utilising unique systems and strategies to ensure optimum results. Managing all aspects of an event – from creative concept, database creation, sponsorship sales, website development, delegate registration and post event analysis. Whatever the event, our goal is to provide professional service combining style, humour and complete discretion.

The Role:

We are looking for a full-time Event Coordinator to join our team. You will be involved across all aspects of event execution including in-person and virtual events. Based in North Ryde some days will be from the office while you will also be able to work from home. 

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Prepare project timelines
  • Manage venue and F&B
  • Signage and merchandise production
  • Have a good understanding of A/V production
  • Manage supplier relationships. ie. Designers, AV producers, builders etc.
  • Manage client sponsorship and booth activation
  • Produce and execute communication activities (including marketing materials, eDMs, social media, direct mail)
  • Create event documentation including run sheets, evaluations, and on-site guides
  • Lead on-site execution team. ie. move in/out, set-ups, speaker and sponsor management etc
  • Manage registration processes and reporting
  • Assist clients with event tasks such as agenda creation, speaker engagement and management, staff rostering, social media campaigns and travel arrangements
The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects to timely and accurate completion within budget, you will have the a positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work through problems and negotiate pragmatic workable solutions. The applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills and be able to use initiative in a dynamic and busy environment. 
  • Must be able to maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and venues and have the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products essential
  • Experience with software platforms including Events Air, Cvent and Jomablue
  • Knowledge in design software highly regarded
