The Company:


Our client is an events agency based in Perth that has a great reputation in the state and is looking for their next Events Manager to join the team permanently. The agency works on events in the corporate, education and NFP space and has a reputation for producing events with a high level of attention to detail that wow their audiences. 

The Role:

The Events Manager role will report into the Senior Producer and will be responsible for managing clients and their requirements, as well as all the onsite events and hands on delivery of events on the ground. This role will work with internal teams to coordinate requirements and be responsible for the project planning of the event as well as ensuring the successful outcome of onsite delivery. 
 
Key responsibilities will include;
  • Coordinating the delivery of each event allocated to this position within the team from inception to delivery onsite 
  • Securing and coordinating the delivery of all resources, suppliers and venues for these events  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and similar stakeholders
  • Managing the budget requirements for the event and ensuring all reporting is submitted to the Senior Producer 
  • Logistically coordinate all the requirements of the large events 
  • Manage all internal teams to ensure clients requirements are met 
  • Management of run sheets and delivery schedules 
The Candidate: 

This is a hands on role and the person will be required to have a great understanding of logistics, delivery and also coordination of multiple events and requirements at any one time. As well as being able to manage client requirements and plan out the events, this role will involve being onsite to ensure seamless delivery. 
  • Experience working on corporate, education and NFP events seen as a positive
  • Logistics and operational experience seen as a positive for the role 
  • Be able to manage internal stakeholders and requirements
  • Drivers license is required for this role 
  • A can do attitude, with a love for thinking outside the box and ability to come up with solutions and new ideas definitely seen as a positive
  • Be flexible and able to travel interstate and outside of business hours for events 
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements and policies and procedures
