The Company:

This company is a boutique Incentive and Events agency, specialising in bringing premium brands to life by creating bespoke luxury experiences for there prestige client base. The team all works remotely but gathers once a week for a team meeting in Mosman NSW. This team also all work 4 days per week, in a great new model that allows flexibility for their team. 

The Role:

We are looking for a talented Events Director who is passionate about the luxury events and travel incentive industry. This is a senior position within the business that will be client-facing as well as on ground events management to deliver our luxury client projects. 

Key Responsibilities include;
  • The ability to hit the ground running managing end to end events and incentive programs from initial brief through to delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of events marketing strategies
  • Client, communications management
  • Budget management for all events
  • Producing timelines, run sheets, briefs, contracts etc
  • Develop and deliver creative proposals for client pitches and other requirements
  • Managing supplier and stakeholder relationships
  • Full logistics and onsite operations management
  • Oversee all risk management and OH&S compliance at events
  • Registration platforms - preferably Zkipster and VAMOOS experience and ability to use these to manage the events 
  • Hotel/Venue Contract negotiations and handling these
  • Manage a project team for the events when required 
The Candidate:

The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role within an event agency and who has luxury incentive experience. Candidates must be confident client facing and have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management. 
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Events Manager or Events Director preferably in the luxury space
  • Experience working with group flights, travel and incentives
  • Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of event production requirements
  • Be highly motivated, able to work autonomously and results-driven with exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
  • Must love events and have a strong passion for events culture
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative and inspiring
  • Be proactive and able to make decisions
  • Excellent budget management experience 
  • Must be prepared to travel (Domestic & International) when required
