  • Salary $65,000 - $75,000 plus super

The Company:


A leading boutique agency with a team of 10 staff that is a sensational PCO is needing 2 new Events Coordinators to join their team. One will be a permanent position starting immediately and the other will be a 10 month contract that will start from January 2022. The company made a decision to move remote in 2020 but will be going back to an office setting in 2022 but will always continue to have remote working with most staff choosing to work from the office 3 days and at home the other 2. 

The Role:

The Events Coordinator roles will report into the Account Director and will assist with managing conferences and incentives. Working on registrations, handling suppliers and assisting with managing venues, this role will be quite varied. 

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Plan and execute incentives, conferences, product launches and a range of other events
  • Creating and managing event databases and registration sites in EventsAIR 
  • Liaising with the Travel Manager to coordinate group travel 
  • Management of hotel requirements including group accomodation bookings, attrition deadlines and reconciliation 
  • Management of ground transfers and all transfer logistics for events 
  • Onsite management of events where required 
  • Review of existing processes to identify areas for productivity gains 
  • Implement and train junior Operations team on new systems and processes
  • Act as the organisations 'guardian' of systems and processes
  • Create and implement templates 
The Candidate: 

With a key focus on attention to detail, the right candidate will have previously worked with EventsAIR and have worked on incentive, conferences and group flights and travel events. 
  • Registration experience is a must for this role with preferably major registration experience from EventsAIR
  • Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
  • Sound judgment and decision making
  • Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours
