The Company:

An exciting creative live and virtual events agency in Melbourne, this client thrives on creating the best experience events with a great customer focus. With a client base in the automotive, entertainment, financial and corporate space, the agency prides itself on being nimble and quick to move in the space making it one of the up and coming agencies in Melbourne. 

The Role:

The Associate Events Producer will report into the Senior Producer and will be responsible for working with the team on events and client liaison. 
Key responsibilities will include;
  • Working with a Producer to oversee the creative strategy & events strategy
  • Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning with the Producer   
  • Delivery of all the event logistics and managing of the project
  • Client relationship management and communications 
  • Budget management and reporting 
  • Producing critical paths, timelines, run sheets, contracts 
  • Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts 
  • Up-selling all client services to existing and new clients at all times
  • Manage on site staff and suppliers
The Candidate: 

Having a background in virtual events as well as experiential events is definitely a positive for this role. With a passion for the creative and a desire to think outside the normal events space, this role will challenge your thoughts around what normal events are as well as giving you a creative outlet for your ideas. 
  • Experience as an Associate Events Producer 
  • Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
  • Experience working in event production
  • Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
  • Creative with an ability to write concepts, scripts and develop proposals
  • Must love events and have a strong passion for events culture
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
  • Be proactive and able to make decisions
  • Sound budget management experience 
  • Sound judgement and decision making
