The Company:

A global corporate business with a huge reach is looking for their next events team member. The company has business within both the pharmaceutical and more corporate spaces and this role will manage coordination of events and also be able to book flights. With a well established team, this role is part of a much larger global events division who we've been working with for many years. 

The Role:

The Events Coordinator reports into the Account Manager and further up the Operations Manager and will assist with managing conferences, meetings and events as well as gala dinners. Working on registrations, handling suppliers and assisting with managing venues, this role will be quite varied. This role will also be required to have some flights booking knowledge as well.  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Registration management
• Coordinating speakers 
• Delegate management
• Flights and accommodation booking and management
• Strategic client relationship management
• Budget and financial coordination 
• Administration duties 
• Registration preparation 
• Venue Sourcing
• Website management 
• Onsite coordination  

The Candidate: 

With a key focus on attention to detail, the right candidate will have registration and also flights booking experience.  

• Registration experience is a must for this role with preferably major registration experience from either CVENT, EventsAIR, EventsPRO, IMIS or IVY 
• Flights booking experience again seen as essential for this role
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours
