The Company:
An entertainment powerhouse that are owned by a large global business are looking for an Events Administrator and Receptionist to join their team in Richmond Melbourne. This organisation has been in the entertainment business for many years and love a good live show!
The Role:
The Events Administration and Receptionist role will assist the Managing Director of the business and also other team members. The role will organise documentation for the business including working on artists briefings, preparing powerpoint presentations and developing schedules.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information about artists
- Preparing powerpoint presentations
- Updating documentation for the organisation
- Answering phone calls
- Handling guests as they arrive to the office
- Assisting the Managing Directors with any administration tasks
- Managing the office and handling stationary
- Working with teams across the global network to schedule meetings and drafting agendas
With a key focus on attention to detail and an ability to juggle competing requirements, the candidate will love organising and ensuring everything is in order.
- Events Administration experience in a similar role with an understand of the entertainment and live industry will be seen as a positive
- Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to show initiative and be solutions driven
- Understanding of data management and CRM systems
