• Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 plus super plus bonus

This company is all about the team environment and creating that great culture that most business strive for. Organising events for corporate clients, the company is looking for their next Event Client Services Director to lead and manage a team in Sydney. 

The Role:

The Event Client Services Director role reports into the Managing Director of the company and will take the lead on managing clients within their Sydney team. This role will manage the team in Sydney along with the client relationships and is quite a senior position. 

Key responsibilities will include:  

• Manage client relationships
• Handle all sales within the Sydney team and hit high sales targets with the team 
• Generate leads for business for the Sydney office and manage the briefing process 
• Manage the pitching process for the client 
• Work with the client and project management of their events from the beginning  
• Managing the clients engagement strategy
• Budget and financial management 
• Project management of the client through the agency team from initial brief through to operations 
• Manage a team in Sydney including a Business Development Manager and Project Teams

The Candidate: 

The ideal background would be someone that has senior level experience as a Client Services Director or General Manager with a sales focus and has worked within events agencies with those titles. 

• Client relationship management and sales experience
• Senior level management of teams experience 
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills 
• Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
• Clear budgeting and costing experience
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Highly advanced computer skills
